1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and kz666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the kz666 website, mobile interface, and all games, products, and services made available through the kz666 platform at kz666.vip. 3 Account Registration

Deposits

Withdrawals

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who hold a fully verified kz666 account in good standing.
• Bonuses are awarded in bonus funds, which are held separately from real-money funds in your kz666 account balance until the relevant wagering requirement is met.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer) must be wagered in eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–25%). Crash games and sports betting contributions are stated in individual offer terms.

6 User Obligations

By using the kz666 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered players and visitors to the kz666 website.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kz666 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your kz666 account, including any transactions, bets, and game sessions. kz666 will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify kz666 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

kz666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where kz666 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required to do so for legal, regulatory, security, or responsible gaming reasons.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their kz666 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, ensure that any remaining real-money balance has been withdrawn; balances remaining in a closed account will be held for a period of 12 months, after which they may be forfeited if no withdrawal request has been received.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling on kz666 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is inaccessible, no new account may be opened, and kz666 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the player from accessing the platform via any other route. Consequences of Breach-Related Closure

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kz666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the kz666 platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any interruption of service.

kz666 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption, that games will be free from errors or defects, or that any specific outcome will result from the use of any game or betting market. All games on kz666 are governed by Random Number Generators certified by independent auditors; kz666 makes no guarantee of winnings and all outcomes are determined by chance.

kz666's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the kz666 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim and whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

kz666 is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues, device failures, power outages, or other technical problems outside kz666's direct control that may affect your ability to access the platform or complete a game session or transaction. In the event of a game disconnection during a live casino session or sports bet, kz666's server-side records shall be the final authority on the state of the game and any resulting settlement.
